Youth Wellbeing Day

A safe, welcoming evening for young people to talk, be heard and find support.

Saturday 17 October 2026

from 7:00pm · 2A East Walk, Harlow, Essex CM20 1JH

There were short, confidential one-to-one wellbeing chats, small group workshops on stress, confidence and coping, and signposting to ongoing help where it was needed.

The Youth Wellbeing Day is part of GTIM’s Youth Counselling project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.

Volunteer counsellors

The counselling project welcomes qualified counsellors registered with BACP, UKCP or NCPS, or final-year trainees on placement with supervision, who have experience with young people and a current enhanced DBS check (or are willing to complete one). Volunteers receive volunteer hours, a reference, refreshments and travel expenses.

To get involved, contact Rev. Catherine U. Ikeh:07810 442552
